HPC is a combination of physical and energetic tools designed to restore balance to the pelvic space . HPC is for people of all ages to address pelvic symptoms or enhance emotional wellness. These techniques were pioneered by Tami Kent, MSPT based on extensive experience as a pelvic floor physical therapist.

An assessment of your history and symptomology is followed by treatment to balance the pelvis through such techniques as intervaginal massage with myofascial release and trigger point work. We also use breathwork and visualization tools to assist core physical and energetic balance.

“The doors to the world of the Wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”

give your breasts (or chest) some love

give your breasts (or chest) some love ~

Person lying on their side receiving a massage on their abdomen, with hands pressing on their stomach, in a room with wooden drawers and a small textured basket.

Tight bras restrict the fascia and cause clogged or matted lymph nodes. Scars from top surgery, lumpectomy, mastectomy, reductions, or augmentations can feel tight, itchy, and even affect your posture.

Breast and chest work is a wonderful way to increase immunity by clearing and activating the lymphatic system. Gentle scar work will help create ease of movement and improve appearance.

In your breast/chest session, I will guasha and manually massage the lymph in your breast tissue (including armpits and upper arms), breaking up congested lymph and increasing the healthy flow of fluids in the body.

You may be a little sore the next day, have more ease crying/releasing, or even have a little bruising. These are all normal reactions to clogged lymph being restored to optimal function.

Add some breast/chest work to your session for no extra fee!

Meet Helena Rae Haven

A woman with short dark hair and tattoos on her arm kneeling in a forest, holding a model of a pelvis. She is wearing a brown dress and earrings, and has a scarf draped over her shoulders.

Hi, I’m Helena Rae - an artist, bodyworker, and space-holder dedicated to helping people come home to their sovereignty. My work is rooted in anatomy, trauma-informed touch, and a deep respect for the stories our tissues carry.

I specialize in pregnancy and abdominal massage, holistic pelvic care, lymphatic breast care, and scar mobilization. It is my priority that every session feels gender-affirming and deeply safe, allowing you to slow down, breathe, and take all the time your body asks for. My practice is centered around the natural cycles of the earth and our soma. I welcome every body with tenderness, curiosity, and zero judgment.

I believe that pelvic health is not just medical - it’s personal, political, and ancestral. For many of us, reconnecting with this part of our body means unlearning shame, reclaiming pleasure, and building trust with ourselves again. My goal is to create a space where that reconnection feels sacred.

Whether you’re healing, exploring, preparing for birth, recovering from birth, navigating gender transition, or simply wanting to feel more at home in your body, I’m honored to walk that path with you.
