HPC is a combination of physical and energetic tools designed to assess and then restore balance to the pelvic space . HPC is for people of all ages to address pelvic symptoms or enhance general wellness. These techniques were pioneered by Tami Kent, MSPT based on extensive experience as a pelvic floor physical therapist.
An assessment of your history and symptomology is followed by treatment to balance the pelvis through such techniques as intervaginal massage with myofascial release and trigger point work. We also use breathwork and visualization tools to assist core physical and energetic balance. Intervaginal work is for established clients only.

A pelvic & abdominal care session runs around 90 minutes. It will always include a verbal intake and anatomical education using the pelvic model.
The hands-on services focus on fascia, lymph, scar, and organ work, and may include breast/chest massage if you desire breast/chest care.
Sessions finish with a nurturing spiritual bath. After your departure, I will send you a follow-up email with herbal recommendations, self-care practices, and referrals to other professionals as needed.
First session (90 min) - $150
Subsequent sessions (60 min) - $115
Add a vaginal steam - $25
Internal work sessions (hands-on : hands-in) use skilled yet soft touch to support pelvic health by releasing tension in the fascia and tissues. Just like the muscles in your back, the muscles of the pelvic floor can have knots and trigger points that need tending. This work promotes circulation, heals scar tissue, and creates more space, literally and energetically.
In order to receive this work, you must have a healthy nervous system; I will screen thoroughly during intake to make sure that this work is the best treatment for you at this time. If you have a history of sexual trauma, I ask that you have a therapist or counselor to talk to for as long as we are working together.
The 75 minute long session will likely be 30 minutes of touch, and the rest of the time will be used for intake, breathwork, and debrief.
First session - $130
Follow up session - $115

“The doors to the world of the Wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”

Tight bras restrict the fascia and cause clogged or matted lymph nodes. Scars from top surgery, lumpectomy, mastectomy, reductions, or augmentations can feel tight, itchy, and even affect your posture.
Breast and chest work is a wonderful way to increase immunity by clearing and activating the lymphatic system. Gentle scar work will help create ease of movement and improve appearance.

Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
