Lymphatic Breast & Chest Care
Breast and chest tissue hold so much; tenderness, grief, transition, nourishment, protection, & identity. Breast care sessions are designed to support healthy lymphatic flow, soften adhesions and scar tissue, and reconnect you with this sensitive part of the body.
I offer lymphatic breast care as well as scar support for top surgery, mastectomy, reduction, augmentation, and other chest surgeries. This work can help improve mobility, circulation, sensation, swelling, and tissue hydration. Lymph work increases one’s capacity for viral load and encourages the release of old viruses, emotions, and hormones.

The lymphatic system helps move fluid, waste, and immune cells throughout the body, but unlike the circulatory system, it doesn’t have a pump - it relies on movement, breath, and healthy tissue flow to function well. The breasts, chest, and armpits contain a high concentration of lymphatic tissue and nodes, which can become congested from surgery, scar tissue, stress, inflammation, restrictive clothing, or lack of movement.
Gentle lymphatic work can support drainage, reduce swelling and tenderness, improve circulation, and help tissue feel softer and more mobile. It can also support healing after chest surgeries by encouraging healthy fluid movement around scars and adhesions.
Many people simply find it grounding and relieving to give intentional care to an area of the body that is often ignored or carrying stagnant energy.

My approach to breast and chest care combines lymphatic work, scar support, and hands-on tissue care to encourage healthy circulation and soften areas of restriction or congestion. I trained in lymphatic breast care through Dhyana Essentials, where I learned techniques using wooden gua sha, targeted pressure, and kala namak salt to help soften adhesions and support fluid movement through the tissue.
My scar care training comes through Sparrow's Nest and Cypress Health, with a focus on supporting mobility, sensation, and healing after surgeries including top surgery, C-Section, and mastectomy.
My work is always consent-based and adapted to each person’s body and comfort level.

Breast and chest care can benefit anyone wanting support for lymphatic health, scar healing, tissue mobility, or a deeper sense of comfort in their body.
This work may be especially supportive for trans and queer folks, people recovering from top surgery or mastectomy, those going through cancer treatment, and anyone navigating tenderness, swelling, adhesions, or scar tissue in the chest.
It can also be supportive for people preparing for pregnancy or breastfeeding, as healthy lymphatic flow and softened tissue may help support comfort and circulation in the breasts and chest.
Those with fibroids, ovarian cysts, or other forms of internal cystic congestion may also benefit, as these patterns can sometimes show up in breast tissue as well.
Booking Your Session
Breast and chest care sessions are priced the same as all other sessions. We’ll need at least 30 minutes to thoroughly address the tissue, which can be added onto a 60- or 90-minute massage of your choice. Just mention your preference when booking below.
However, if you are experiencing pain, tenderness, fibroids, cysts, congestion, or scarring, a full hour allows us the time needed to work more thoroughly and gently with the tissue. (And if you’d like, we can always add an extra 30 minutes of relaxing Swedish massage!)
